he founded SIMER (Dec. 1990-Dec. 2000) for 10 years and 1 month. Currently, Marketing Consulting (Jan. 2000-Dec. 2004) for 5 years
(partner).
He has worked as a researcher, supervisor, project coordinator, operations management, and commercial management
for a wide range of studies with local, regional, national, and international coverage. He has experience in different types
of studies and methodologies. In January 2005, he founded Servimer Research Global.
He continues to take marketing update courses and seminars through ESOMAR and AMA to implement a portfolio of various
quantitative and qualitative study methodologies for local application to our clients. He executes executive reports,
exploratory analysis, descriptive analysis, and statistical modeling for national and international clients from various
industry sectors, services, and businesses.
Currently, he holds the position of Consultant/CEO/CCO, focusing on customer service, prospecting,
proposal development, and client results presentation.

He has worked as a researcher, supervisor, project coordinator, coder, data entry specialist, information processor,
database manager, and analyst for a large number of quantitative and qualitative studies in marketing companies.
Currently he hold the position of Director of Studies at Servimer Research Global, where they perform
activities such as planning, questionnaire design, sampling, methodology, delivering final results to clients, and
searching for data from secondary sources such as INEGI, Banxico, Chambers, and Associations.
Additionally, he also design and implement statistical models such as Maxdiff, hierarchical cluster analysis, mean
cluster analysis, factorial analysis, correspondence analysis, discriminant analysis, Chaid decision tree, price
evaluation, conjoint analysis, descriptive and exploratory analysis to provide current data for companies to develop
their strategies.
He provide consultancy on marketing plans and marketing-related topics in areas such as consumption, politics, and
social aspects, as well as advising students on data collection instruments in education.

He began their journey in the company as an office assistant, providing support in various areas including
administration, operations, and projects. Over time, he progressed to the systems department, where he is
currently responsible for programming online questionnaires, coding and capturing open-ended questions for various
types of market studies, and processing data using various software to generate statistical tables. He also
create presentations for various types of analyses such as product testing, concept evaluation, market share,
public opinion, descriptive studies, and techniques like correspondence analysis, k-means, and DQA, among others.
As a result, they have been involved in a variety of opinion, consumption, and service studies.
Furthermore, he is involved in the design, construction, and implementation of information technologies to automate
the organization's business processes. He integrate a range of solutions to digitize the company's operations by
